Yes! You can reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund of lesson credits. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a partial charge. Each tutor may also have their own cancellation policy, which you can view on their profile.

Absolutely! If you're a native speaker or certified language teacher, we'd love to have you. Apply through our "Become a Teacher" page. You'll go through a brief onboarding process including an interview and demo lesson. Once approved, you can set your own schedule and rates.

Yes! CharleTalk is available as a progressive web app (PWA) that works seamlessly on iOS and Android devices. You can book lessons, message your tutor, and join video sessions directly from your mobile browser. A dedicated native app is coming soon.
